Banded V-Belt, also known as multi-ribbed V-belt or joined V-belt, is a high-performance transmission belt composed of multiple individual V-belts connected by a strong top band. It integrates the advantages of V-belts and synchronous belts, adopting high-quality rubber (chloroprene rubber, EPDM) as the base material, reinforced with high-strength polyester or aramid cords, and the top band is made of wear-resistant fabric. Widely used in automotive engines, industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, and HVAC systems, it is mainly used for long-distance, high-load, and multi-shaft transmission scenarios, ensuring stable power transmission and reducing equipment failure rate.
l Stable Transmission & No Misalignment:
The integrated top band connects multiple V-belts into one, preventing individual belts from slipping, twisting or misaligning during operation, ensuring uniform force distribution and stable power transmission.
l High Load-Bearing Capacity:
Reinforced with high-strength polyester or aramid cords, combined with the multi-belt parallel structure, it can bear higher torque and load, suitable for heavy-duty transmission scenarios, and not easy to stretch or break.
l Long Service Life:
The top band is wear-resistant and oil-resistant, which can protect the belt body from external damage; the high-quality rubber material has excellent aging resistance and high-temperature resistance, eff
ctively extending the service life of the belt.
l Low Noise & Smooth Operation:
The optimized V-tooth design and integrated structure reduce friction and meshing impact during operation, with low running noise, smooth transmission, and low vibration, improving the stability of the whole equipment.
l Easy Installation & Maintenance:
The integrated design avoids the trouble of installing multiple individual V-belts separately, saves installation time; the structure is simple, and regular inspection and maintenance can ensure long-term stable operation.

Maintenance Tips:
l Replacement Cycle: Replace every 50,000-80,000 km (for automotive applications) or 2000-3000 operating hours (for industrial equipment); shorten the cycle by 25% under heavy load, high temperature or harsh working conditions.
l Tension Standard: The initial tension should be controlled at 20-28N/mm of belt width; for belts with center distance ≤ 800mm, the deflection should be 1.5%-2.0% of the center distance; adjust in time if the tension is too loose or too tight.
l Environmental Protection: Avoid long-term contact with engine oil, gasoline, coolant, acid and alkali substances, which will corrode the belt body; the recommended working temperature is -25℃~110℃, and avoid operation at temperatures exceeding 120℃.
l Regular Inspection: Check the belt surface, top band and cords every 800 operating hours; replace immediately if there are cracks, wear (exceeding 15%), top band detachment or cord exposure.
l Installation & Usage: Do not use sharp tools to pry the belt during installation to avoid scratching the belt body; ensure the pulley is clean, free of debris and wear, and the pulley groove is aligned with the belt.
