The automotive timing belt is a core transmission component in the engine, which synchronizes the rotation of the crankshaft and camshaft to ensure the accurate opening and closing of engine valves. Made of high-quality chloroprene rubber or EPDM rubber with high-strength glass fiber or aramid cord, it features precise tooth profile design, stable transmission, and compact structure. It is widely used in gasoline and diesel engines of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and light trucks, playing a key role in ensuring the normal operation, fuel efficiency and service life of the engine.
l Precise Synchronization:
Adopts high-precision tooth profile meshing, no slipping, constant speed ratio, ensuring the accurate coordination between crankshaft and camshaft, avoiding valve-piston collision and ensuring stable engine operation.
l High Tensile Strength:
Reinforced with high-strength glass fiber or aramid cord, it has excellent tensile and anti-deformation performance, can withstand high-speed and high-load operation, and is not easy to break or stretch.
l Excellent Environmental Adaptability:
Made of high-quality rubber materials, it has good oil resistance, high temperature resistance (-30℃~120℃) and aging resistance, adapting to the harsh working environment of the engine copartment.
l Low Noise & Smooth Operation:
The tooth profile is designed to reduce meshing impact, with low running noise and stable transmission, effectively reducing engine vibration and improving driving comfort.
l Compact Structure & Cost-Effective:
Small in size, light in weight, saving engine installation space; simple structure, low maintenance cost, and long service life under correct maintenance.

Maintenance Tips:
l Replacement Cycle: Replace every 60,000-100,000 km (or 4-6 years), whichever comes first; for heavy-duty vehicles or harsh working conditions, shorten the cycle by 20%.
l Tension Standard: The initial tension should be controlled at 18-22N/mm of belt width; check regularly, and adjust if the deflection exceeds 2% of the center distance (for center distance ≤ 600mm).
l Temperature Control: Avoid long-term operation at temperatures exceeding 120℃, which will accelerate rubber aging; prevent the belt from contacting engine oil, coolant and other corrosive substances.
l Inspection Cycle: Check the belt surface, teeth and cord every 10,000 km; replace immediately if there are cracks, tooth wear (exceeding 10%), cord exposure or deformation.
l Installation Requirements: Do not forcibly bend or twist the belt during installation to avoid damage to the internal cord; ensure the pulley is clean and free of debris, and the tooth groove is free of wear.
