Our double-sided timing belt is constructed from high-grade rubber and high-strength cord cores, with precisely formed teeth on both sides. It enables stable bidirectional synchronous transmission with zero slip, accurate speed ratio and high efficiency. Featuring excellent flexibility, wear resistance and low noise, it is widely applied in double-sided drive, multi-station and reversing transmission equipment, ensuring smooth operation and long service life.
l Bidirectional & Synchronous Transmission
Precision teeth on both front and back sides enable bidirectional driving and multi-axis synchronous transmission, suitable for complex transmission mechanisms.
l Accurate & Slip-Free Transmission
Tight toothed meshing ensures constant speed ratio, high positioning accuracy and stable transmission efficiency.
l High Strength & Tensile Resistance
Made of high-quality rubber and high-strength cord cores, it is tensile and wear-resistant, resistant to deformation and breakage for reliable operation.
l Compact Structure & High Versatility
Even stress distribution on both sides can replace multiple single-sided belts, saving installation space and fitting various equipment.
l Low Noise & Anti-Aging
Smooth operation with low impact, oil-resistant, heat-resistant and anti-aging, featuring long service life and low maintenance cost.

Tension & Deflection Standards |
Tension Range: Initial tension is recommended to be controlled at 15-25N/mm of belt width. |
Deflection Control: For center distance ≤ 500mm, belt sag (deflection) should be controlled within 1.5% of the center distance; for center distance > 500mm, a tensioner is recommended. |
Key Life Impact Indicators |
Meshing Teeth: The number of meshing teeth on the small pulley must be ≥ 6, otherwise it will cause tooth jumping and abnormal wear. |
Temperature Range: Standard chloroprene rubber material is recommended for working temperature -20℃ ~ +80℃, special high-temperature resistant material can reach +120℃. |
Maintenance Tips:
l Tension force: Keep tension within standard range; slackness >1.5mm or over-tension will cause jumping teeth or breakage.
l Working temperature: Maintain between -20℃ ~ +80℃ to avoid hardening or cracking.
l Inspection cycle: Check tooth wear, cracks and deformation every 1000 operating hours.
l Avoid contact: Prohibit long-term contact with oil, acid, alkali and sharp materials.
l Replacement standard: Replace when tooth wear exceeds 10% or cracks appear.
